Just reloaded windows xp and am getting message
Devcon32.dll cannot be found. Is there a fix for this?
There is still no plug and play on this box. This
computer was upgraded from win ME and is using fat32.
Also says cannot register tray icon.

At Start > Run type
SFC /scannow
to test the integrity of the core system files.
