Determine UUID/GUID on Windows XP?

Anyknow know how I determine the UUID/GUID being used by a Windows XP
machine? I presume it should be the UUID since it is a string which never
changes and I believe GUID can change across reboots.

Think WinXP uses few thousand GUIDs.
All of them are always constants.
And could be found in the registry.
Am I correct?
