Determine Language of XP OS

How can I determine what language XP OS is? I am supporting desktops
worldwide in French, Spanish, German and English and need to instruct support
team on how to detemine Base Language so they download language appropriate
patches

Depending on what theme you have running: (Classic or XP).

Control Panel (Category View) > Date, Time, Language & Regional Settings
(?).

Control Panel (Classic Win9x view) Regional & Language Options (?).

I don't know what other language options there are. The above affect things
like currency, date format etc

Is there some reason that these remote support people can't just look
at the computers they're supporting? That would certainly be the
simplest way to determine the OS language.
