Detected changes with Windows Defender

Since upgrading from AntiSpyware to Defender (v1.1.1051.0, signature:
1.13.1276.3) I am informed, everytime I boot my PC, that changes have
recently been made to my PC.

The 3 changed files are:

c:\windows\system32\ntaccess.sys
c:\windows\system32\drivers\vgauti.sys
c:\windows\system32\sysinfo.sys

The date/time of the 3 files is about the time that the PC was booted. The
date/times match the 'Accessed' dates/time of the files (as shown in file
properties), the 'Created' and 'Modified' dates/times are some time ago.

I have selected the action to 'Allow' the changes (status changes to
'Succeeded'), but next time I reboot I get the same (as Defender believes
that the files have been changed again ?).

The SpyNet Community Rating is 'Not available' for the 3 files.

I have run a full scan, which is clean.

Does anyone else get the same problem, or know of a reason/solution ?

This is the same problem I am having with Adobe Acrobat Speed Launcher. It
is in my startup items shortcut folder and EVERY boot it asks me to allow it.

My configuration is WinXP SP2 all updates, etc., etc. Acrobat 7.0.7 Pro.
