Somehow I have managed to get my desktop to appear as if I have applied the
folders option of "show common tasks in folders". I can change this at will
on "my computer", "My docs", etc when I open the folder(s). Can apply to all
folders etc, but can't get rid of it from the desktop.

Anyone any ideas?
