desktop wallpaper

Who can I change my wallpaper that I downloaded from the
web when it will not change via the desktop wallpaper
apply method?

Hey Kathleen,

Go and open the file of the downloaded Wallpaper, right click the picture. A
menu would pop up and choose Set As Background.

That should the trick! :)
