Desktop utilities error

When I run the
Intel Desktop Utilities I get a "service program is not active" error
message. Can anything be done? Thanks in advance.

It doesn't look like your board is supported. Here's a list of supported
boards on Intel's site:

In any case, your avenue of tech support for this program would be Intel
since it is their software.

The answer is still the same - this is Intel's program. Contact them for
tech support. Be sure you tell their tech support exactly what "update
Windows" and "hanging on shutdown" means.
