Desktop theme "underwater"

I have recently "wiped my hard drive, and can't seem to
find my favourate desktop theme....."kids plus
underwater"anywhere on the net...........can u help?

Hi,

Were you using an older operating system like windows 98. Well XP has
changed when it comes to themes and not all 98 themes can run in XP. You will
have to get new themes for XP. try www.windowsblind.com for the themes for XP.
