Desktop shortcut with Limited Account but with full rights?

Hi,

I've recently installed an application that will only run with Administrator
rights. I usually run my computer with a Limited Account. I've been told
that it's possible to create a desktop shortcut that has full rights, even
though it's being used within a Limited Account. How is this done?
