Desktop Icons

Hank

I am still having problems since I redone my computer
last. The Icons that I change for My Computer, Recycle
Bin and Network Neighborhood still will not stay after I
change them. I also noticed that If I rename my computer
and network neighborhood, it changes back to its default
also. I have tried a couple of the Tweak Programs for XP
and neither of them work. Does anyone else have any
ideas on why it keeps changing and how I can get it to
stop. It is getting VERY ANNOYING!! My other computers
don't do it, just this one. I have done all the updates
and anything else I can think of, but when I reboot or
add programs the icons change back to their defaults.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks

Bruce,

If you have a Dell, you could try uninstalling
"Dell Media Experience"
