Desktop icons

Hi all!
My desktop icons suddenly have a blue frame around them, even underneath the
icon name. Is there any way to get rid of that?

This is probably because you have turned active desktop on (or have webcontent on your desktop), to turn off simply bring up display properties (either right click the desktop then properties, or control panel / display), select the Desktop Tab, select customize desktop, select Web, and untick anything that is ticked. Select OK, OK and it should now be back to normal

It worked, thanks! I unticked "lock desktop items"
