background transparent? Please, other one than Iconoid.

Effective Desktop does this nicely, amongst other things, and is much
more efficient for me than Iconoid has ever been

'transparent' does it most efficiently if you want a standalone app; the
latest build might be 4.2, I probably have a working build somewhere if
you want it.

I don't know what 'disappear.exe' is like.
