Desktop Icon's are Locked

I am unable to move/drag my desktop icons They stay in
one spot. If I click on them I can open them and do
everything else with them that I normally do. They are
however, unmoveable. Any suggestions?

Right-click on desktop -> Active desktop -> uncheck "lock desktop
items"

Right mouse click anywhere on the desktop, and select
"Arrange Icons". You will see that "Auto Arrange" is
checked. Uncheck this and you will be able to move your
desktop icons.
