I seemed to have lost the desktop icon on the quick
launch bar, how do you get it back and can it be deleted
by accident

Show Desktop Icon is Missing
Copy and paste the five lines below into Notepad.

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop

Then save it as Show Desktop.scf and drag it to your quick launch bar.
