Desktop Icon Grouping

I am trying to group my desktop icons alphabetically. I
have set up my desktop icons to be arranged by "name".
This works for most of the icons, but some of them appear
out of order (not the usual ones -like My Computer,
Recycle Bin) but applications that I have installed
recently. These icons are all shortcuts to the actual
program. Any thoughts on how I can get them in
alphabetical order.

Shortcuts on the desktop are grouped by their stored location, then by name.
Shortcuts in Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop will be grouped first,
then the actual user's Desktop icons will be grouped.
