Desktop.html file

I've recently lost my desktop.html file which when
windows has loaded and you get the background pic of my
choice it just comes up wiv a blank white background. I
have right clicked on the screen and gone to properties
and it says that the size of the HTML document is 0 i
wish for some help so i can hav the pic back on my screen
after loading windows XP
 
Steven, I have the same exact problem. Did you ever figure out how to restore the desktop.html file?
