Desktop Graphics problem

I am looking for information on a glitch I discovered in
MS 2K. I right-clicked an image to set it as a desktop
background, then later I used the settings area to choose
another background (default one). Now, when the
screensaver kicks in, it flashes the first graphic and
sets it as the background when the system is licked out.
It also shows up when you reboot the system until the
graphic you chose is loaded. What is the cause/fix?

Not looking for new ones by no means, I just needed to
remove the "hidden" desktop and I was unable to find
anything when I searched the MS site or through Google.
Thanks for the link.
