Desktop Error (Logitech)

Dear group, i wrote yesterday regarding an error message on the desktop of
my XP Pro machine. Myself and dear son have admin priviledges. Wife and
dear daughter have limited accounts. I have traced the error down to dear
son installing a Logitech Quickcam. If wife and daughter log on they get an
"Error, Access Denied" on the desktop. If i change their account to Admin
theres no error.

Can anyone think of a way to overcome this without giving Admin priviledges
across the board??
