I am having a problem I never encountered before. When I
move my mouse off the screen I lose my desktop and lower
task bar.. Desk top comes back almost immediately but it
takes a few seconds for the task bar to return. I don't
know how to stop this I've checked the task bar and
desktop properties to no avail. Thanks
