is there a way where i can have two taskbar in my desktop?one at the bottom and another one at the right corner of the desktop where i can view different time around the world.or put some notes on it.and still it will always stay on top of any wallpapers or something..just like the default task bar.

Ever since they started showing Longhorn previews, there have been more and
