Desktop Backround Can't Change

Hi. My desktop backround can't change form what it is. When I go into
Properties and then Desktop I cannot click on any different backrounds and
the word backround right above the different choices of backrounds is
un-clickable. Please help me figure out why I can't change the backround at
all and how to fix it.

Registry fix-Automated :

Manually (XP -Any):
1.Open Regedit
2. Click
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop
3. There will be a value named "NoChangingWallpaper" > Set it to 0
4. Click
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop
5. Repeat Step 3


If you have XP -Pro :
1.Start > Run > gpedit.msc
2.Under User configuration > Click [Administrative Templates\Control
Panel\Display\]
3. There will be value named "Prevent changing wallpaper" > Set it to
"Not Configured"
