Desktop background issues

Hi all,

I've got a 100 machine environment and I'm trying to set standard
backgrounds for all machines.

I've set AD to force the background and I've also changed HKEY users default
to set the local background. This works with 95% of the users however some
users have an issue that when they lock their machines, the background
disappears. It returns when they unlock, but I need them to show at all
times.

Any ideas?
