A box is created around the titles of the desktop icons
(the color depends on which is selected from Control
Panel -> Display). The background picture wraps around
the icon image, but NOT the title!

I am using Windows XP, and the problem only happens on MY
account! (no other usershave this problem)

Please help, because i can't seem to find a solution
anywhere!

.
Try this, for your icon may be corrupted. Rightclick it
and select "Create Shortcut", this will create a
duplicate on your desktop with a (2) added. See if this
also has this "wrap-around". If not, click it to see if
it works OK, then delete the first one (icon) and
rightclick the 2nd (#2) icon and select "rename", then
delete the (2) in the name.
