I just recently went from windows 98+ to windows xp
version. when i had windows 98+ my desktop appearance had
a mountain lion in the background on my desktop. How can
I get that same view on my windows xp desktop?

Configure the desktop manually. Right click on desktop->Properties

If you can remember where you gained it from, I would start there. I really
can't remember if it was a part of Plus! 98, it has been too many years for
me. If this is the case, XP also has a Plus! Version:

Either way, please, note that XP has issues with added Themes, etc. Some of
the workarounds are listed here and good luck!

You'll be hard pressed to find any Mountain Lions in Kenya. The Mountain Lion (also known as Pumas, Panthers or Cougars) occurs exclusively in the new world (ie. the Americas). They occur all the way from Canada to South America and primarily in the western parts.
