DeskJet 970 no color!

Hello,
HP DeskJet 970 Cxi, will not print in color. Worked fine before, I've
cleaned the cartriges, replaced the color one, re-installed with new
driver still no go--only prints in black. Anyone see this before?

The best place to start (besides checking you printer settings) is to do
a self test of the printer all by itself. To do a self test:
1. Turn the printer off and remove the cable that connects the printer
to the computer.
2. Turn the printer back on.
3. Press and hold the Resume button (the middle one with icon of a piece
of paper with a folded corner) for approximately five seconds.
4. A color test page should print.

If it doesn't print color just post back for more suggestions.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately it did not work. Stil only black

Do you have any lights on the printer flashing or are you getting any
error messages? Some things that come to mind are:
Did you remove the shipping tape from the print head?
Do you have the correct cartridge model installed?
