DESK TOP ICONS FAIL

HAVING PROBLEMS WITH DESK TOP ICONS, ONLY THOSE THAT OPEN
AN INTERNET LOCATION. MOST OF THE TIME THEY WILL NOT
OPEN. USING WIN XP HOME.
HELP!

Doug all I get at your location is a small box in the
upper left corner with a square, triangle and a circle
inside the box.

Unzip the file and extract the REG file inside. Double click the REG file to import the changes. REG files can be viewed in Notepad.
