Designing an Access Project / SQL?????

I would like to make an Access project - but i have no idea what an SQL is,
or how to make a/ connect to a Microsoft SQL Server database. Could someone
please give me instructions or point me to a place where I could find the
steps (im using Access 2000 and Windows NT)

There is a "book" on Access Projects in Access Help. It is about 2/3 of the
way down the Access Help Contents tab. The Help topic you want is "Create
an Access project.".
