designing a form customers use to sign up for email

Hi,
I am trying to create a form that customers will use to
sign up for our E-Club Newsletter. We'd like to use
access with the information stored locally rather then
with an internet dependent form we are using now.

Any suggestions would be appreciated,

How will you allow customers to gain access to your local db?

That's what the internet is for.
