design previews missing

The design and layout previews in Power Point were there when I started using
it but now they are blank. I'm using XP professional and Power Point 2003.
Any ideas on how to get them back?
 
First try deleting the contents of the TEMP folder then read here (or maybe
the other way round)!!
 
i fixed the same problem by uninstalling adobe reader 7.07 Everything
works great now. Using AR 5.
