Design form for UNIX server

I am designing a corporate web site that will be hosted on a UNIX server. I
need to design an employment application form for the site in FrontPage/Word
and be able to send the whole form (not just data) to the email address of
the recruiting office. Is this possible? Please be gentle with your
responses as this web site also happens to be the first one that I've ever
done. (What was I thinking?)

Thanks, anybody.

Yes it's possible. It will depend on what server tools are available on
the server. But why do you want to do it that way?

I've been told it does not support FrontPage extensions--what server tools
should I ask about for this of document? The employment application on their
current web site sends data only to the recruiter and it's very hard for him
to make heads or tails out of it. I thought doing the form this way would
allow him to see the whole application form. Am open to suggestions for how
to get him the application information in a readable form. Thanks.

You have to contact your web host to see what form handler they support first.

Provide the employment application in .pdf or .doc format for visitors to
download, complete and e-mail back to the recruiter.
