Incorrect "reply-sent" sent from a form

I created an employment application for a client and designated the "subject"
and "reply to" from the corresponding form fields.

When the client receives e-mail notification, the "subject" is correnct but
the From (i.e. "reply-to") says "Nobody."

The host is going to move the site to their newest Windows server. Will that
solve the problem or do I need to ask about something else?

I tested it on another host's server (Unix with FP extensions) and while I
didn't get "Nobody," I also didn't get the correct e-mail address in From.
Thanks for any help.

You have not control over the From, which is set by your web host and will apply to all emails from
form sent by your web site.

As long as you have the Reply To set to a field on the form and the user enter an email address,
once the email is received and reply to sender is selected in the email application, then you will
see the email address.
