Design apps opening in Photoshop?!

Some of my Visual Studio .Net Web apps try to open themselves in Adobe
Photoshop when I run them from inside the IDE. When run compiled they run
fine.

What might be causing this?

What files? Maybe PS was installed after VS and took over some file
extensions?
 
ASPX - but they run fine as compiled versions, just not when from within the
IDE.
