Design a form

I need more email dropdowns I have 5 or 6 email address and outlook only
gives you 3
 
You can add more text properties and put email addresses in them, but they won't appear in the Outlook address book or be used for name resolution. If you need more email addresses, the only real solution is to create another contact.
