Deployment & Update application question

I can deploy my application as well, and I can install / setup in client PC
However, If there is some modification in my application, How should I
update the version in client's PC ?
Someone said, I should use COM server ? but some said I can use smart client
program to update ???

Does anyone know the most easier way to do ??

Take a look at Application Updater block at

If you are using .NET 2.0 take a look at ClickOnce deployment.
