Deployment errors after installing VS2003

Hi, My deployment to PocketPC 2003 emulator was working fine
with VS2005. I then installed VS2003 and am now getting
deployment errors with VS2005. A box pops up with the message
"There were deployment errors Continue?"
I have uninstalled VS2003 but still same errors. Are there any issues with
having both installed on same machine and does it break anything as
it appears in my case.

I repaired the device emulator install specifically but still message
box with deployment errors pops up immediately. Using
DMA so no network involved.

Doing a repair of the whole VS2005 installation cured this problem. It
took a while so it would be good to know the underlying reasons
why this problem should occur. I couldn't even deploy a HelloWorld
app on any platform before without getting that message
