Deploy IE SP1 via GPO

Any one know how to deploy SP1 for IE6 via GPO? Is there a way to create an
MSI?

I'm stumped.

There is an MSI wrapper available from MS, but you have to call them and ask
them for it by Q-number. There is no charge.
