Hi everybody,

i´ve created a group policy working as good as well.

In the quickstart bar there are several icons (links)
which i want to disable to all users they never can add,
remove, rename or delete these icons, only executing is
allowed.

But inside the policy there are no properties to disable
or hide.

Don´t mistake it with the status bar or taks bar....

Does anybody has a solution?

Kind regards,
Kai

See tip 2877 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com for where the Quick
Launch icons are located.

You need to:
1. Stop inheriting Parent Folder Permissions on this folder.
2. Set the Administrator as Owner.
3. Set user permissions to only read, read and execute, and List folder contents
on the folder and contentents.
