Deny Access Rights to Log on in XP

Hi,
Is there a way to deny access to most users on a Domain to a specific
computer. I only want one person to access it and the administrator as well.
I think it has to do with the Log On Locally Service, or something like
that, I cannot remember.

Yes, its in the Group Policies. Computer Configuration, Windows Settings, Security Settings, Local Policies, User Rights Assignment, Logon Locally. You can remove specific groups, and specify specific users.
