Deny Access to computer name

With NTFS is it possible to deny access to a specific computer name for
a shared directory. Files are shared on a Windows 2003 server and the
clients are all Windows XP SP2.
For example user Domain\John has full share level permissions and full
NTFS permissions to a share located on Server1.
While Domain\John is logged on to a computer named lab1 he can fully
access the file share and files within the folder.

If user Domain\John logs on to computer name lab2 I want him to be
denied access the same share that he accessed from lab1.

Is this possible. Please advise.

File security is based on user accounts, so no.
