demoting DC and joining another domain.

We have several servers acting as domain controllers in
the powertools.comed.abbnm.com domain. These servers will
be shipped to our customer's site where they already have
domain controllers. When our equipment is shipped to the
customer's site we want to demote our servers from domain
controllers to become member servers (not domain
controllers) and then have them join the domain that is at
our customer's site (powertools.ceco.com). Is this
difficult to do?? What are the steps necessary to make
this happen. Any gotchas that we need to be aware of?

I was going through the help section and it looks like all
I need to do is run the "dcpromo" wizard and remove my
domain controllers where they would become member servers
within the domain I currently have here. When I get to my
LAST server I indicate in the wizard that this is the last
server within the domain and at that point the domain I
have here will no longer exist and I will just have stand-
alone servers.....which I'm hoping would be able to join
the new domain once they get to my customer's site.
