Will IIS 'break' if DC its running on is demoted?

We have a Windows 2000 Domain Controller and its running our website with
IIS.

What we want to do is demote the DC, and just make it a regular member
server. BUT, are there any IIS settings that will change because the server
IIS is running on will no longer be a domain controller?

Are there any IIS files/configurations that are replicated through Active
Directory, and will stop if we demote the domain controller?

Thanks

No - it should work just perfectly, If You are running it on the DC IIS
uses domain account and only make sure that this accounts will be still
valid.
