Demand Dial Proxy Setting

Need help, to configure Proxy settings for Demand Dial connection.

The problem is whenever RRAS connection via VPN, Internet Explorer will stop
browsing. Reason no proxy server setting for VPN connection, and no way to
configure from IE since it is not a dialup connection and LAN Setting are no
longer used.

Is there a way for always keep the proxy server setting from LAN
configuration, or a way the configure Proxy Server setting for the demand
dialup connection.

I was thinking netsh would help, but would not know where to start. (It does
so much)

P.S. Please note ISA Server continues to work properly for all other
clients, including SMTP & POP3. Only Internet Explorer does not work.

I have confirmed this is the issue, by disabling Demand Dial, and connecting
manually, and configure Proxy Settings.

Everything works, except I also had to manually add a route for an external
subnet which RRAS would have done.

So, would this be considered a defect?
