Dell XP Home Install Disc

On this Dell Inspiron B130 Notebook the XP Home install disc were not
shipped. There is no utility to create the disc like HP has on their PC's.

Is it possible to burn the I386 folder to a DVD and install XP home to a new
hard drive using the current 25 digit serial key that is listed in REGEDIT
??

You're best bet is to contact Dell and request a backup disk.
