Dell Upgrade to Vista

According to dell and this link
https://www.dellvistaupgrade.com/default.aspx people who have purchased
Dell PC (in certain countries) in the period of between October 26th, 2006
and March 15, 2007 can upgrade to Vista from XP for, according to the FAQ's,
for a reduced rate plus shipping but I cannot see what the reduced rate is
anywhere unless I am just missing it. - Does anyone have a clue what the
rate would be?

Andy.

As the previous reply states it's only $10, but you may have needed to select
the option to do so when you purchased the Dell. I've purchased a number of
Dell's in the last few months for clients, and I specifically remember during
configuration of the PC or laptop an option to include the upgrade to Windows
Vista. You should be able to confirm either way using Dell's online chat.

According to the FAQ's : https://www.dellvistaupgrade.com/faqs.aspx to
upgrade from Windows XP Home Edition to Windows Home Basic Edition its
Discounted Price + shipping and handling charge but from Media Centre
Edition or XP PRO then its Free but shipping & Handling charge applies.

info copied from the site also about eligibility:

What if I did not select the upgrade to Windows VistaT at the time I
purchased my system from Dell?
If the qualifying system was purchased during the program eligibility
window, (October 26, 2006 - March 15, 2007), that system is eligible for an
Express Upgrade from Dell. Customers will not be allowed to redeem an
upgrade after March 31, even if the system was purchased during the
eligibility window.
