Dell Monitor/System Goes to Sleep forever.

My Dell Monitor will go blank after a period of time
before I login to a User account under Windows XP. I
have disabled every power management option under the
control panel. I'd like to fix this probelm with a real
solution rather then disabling all of the power
management stuff. By the way, that doesn't work either.

Is this a *new* Dell monitor? The problem could be one best addressed
under warranty, and that could be the best place to start.
