What can I say. They were very proffesional, knowledgable and pleasant and fast. took two short phone calls and a new monitor is on its way. See the above link for the full story.

The company I bought the monitor from PcBuyIt,

were just as good as the Dell people and I would fully recommend buying from their site.

It is nice to be able to offer a good review of someones service.

I have found Dell Support superb on two occasions. Dell get a lot of criticism but I don't think all is justified. :thumb:
 
I've always found them good too, no problems getting any replacement parts for faults :thumb:

Typing this on a Dell laptop as it happens, so I hope I haven't jinxed it :lol:
 
Monitor arrived as promised this morning. Everything works ok.
