I've try safe mode, start windows normally and last known good configuration, but still occur the same problem

The last time i scan my laptop with McAfee, it founds 2 Win32:Conficker

Is it because of that my laptop keep starting again and again

My friend try to format it but he can't because the system didn't find any hd

We've also done diagnose, and hd fail to diagnose and also try repairing it but still no solution

Is there anyone out there can help me with this?

Yep I agree with Mucks, the Conficker is one of the worst viruses out there atm and its spreading like mad. I'm afirad it looks like the only solution for you is to replace the hdd
