Dell Flat Screen Blank

Dell E193FP Flat Panel Color Monitor works fine with a good image for
about 10 seconds then goes black. Each time I switch it off then on I
get a quality image then black. The capacitors look OK, I have
dismantled the kit, can anyone suggest what may need replacing please?
There are two PCBs inside,

Sounds like the backlight failing - if you shine a good flashlight on
it, can you then see what is supposed to be displayed on the screen?
Had the same issue with the screen in my old Gateway laptop.
