i'm having trouble to solve this problem:

I managed to send and receive any emails from yahoo and hotmail using
company's email. since a week ago, yahoo and hotmail email received did not
received any email at all from company's email. Both account can still send
emails to company's email but cannot received emails from the company.

when i check in the queues of ESM, the emails that i send out stuck in the
queue trying to resend again and again. it has few days now. the weird thing
is that, yahoo mail is not in the queue and yet i receive no email in the
yahoo email.

can anybody help me?

system structure:
ISA 2004
Exchange server 2003

If you are using Windows 2003 DNS and a Cisco PIX, you may need to disable
the EDNS feature. See KB article: 828731

To work around this problem, turn off EDNS0 support in Windows Server 2003.
To do this, follow these steps: 1. Start a command prompt.
2. Type dnscmd /Config /EnableEDnsProbes 0, and then press ENTER.
