Delivery Options

Outlook 2007, Win XP 3.
In one of my email accounts, all new messages under View; Options; all
messages are delayed until next day at 5 am. Even if I click off "do not
delivery before…†the message is delayed.
How can I change this setting so messages are sent when I click on send?
Thank you very much in advance.

What type of account is the anomalous one? Are the others the same type of
account or different types? If the anomalous account includeed in the
Send/Receive group? Do you have "Send immediately when connected" enabled
in the Send/Receive group dialogue? How many accounts do you have?
